1975 Mercury Comet

Check out this rare, original, low milage 1975 Mercury Comet sold back in 2003. I first went to look at the car on October 25, 2002--that's the day Paul Welstone died. Since the car was all green (Green carpet, green dash, green headliner, Green SEATS! GREEN STEERING WHEEL) I figured it was a sign and I bought it. I put a new vinyl top on it (green of course), new ball joints, and drove it around for a while. I got my only ticket in this car (speeding faster than prudent--even though I was only going about 25 mpr, I appearently was getting air on some speed bumps). This car had an air ride rear end! There was an air valve in the trunk and if you added air, the rear end would rise! Just like a hot wheels car!!! This car only had 48,000 miles on it!
