Has good interior shape, good tires, gets lots of nice comments. But, I decided since I know nothing about VW mechanics, it is better suited to someone who does.
This model has a one person cot that folds out with metal sides in the tent area. It's in good orig. condition, but I also have a new replacement for it avail. Bus would need a NEW tent put on, as canvas has holes and rips. To buy a new one costs ballpark 325.00.
FM radio/tape player, with original radio kept on hand. Yellowish Tan is the repainted color. Black trim. Canary yellow pleather interior in back. Tan tweed in front seats. Runs, but I think it might need mechanical TLC to figure some thing's out, it runs hot I think. Just had oil change, and carb cleaning.
Needs a gas guage. But has good gas mileage. I am putting new carpet in it. No sink or cooler, but it has a table and rear facing seat with storeage under it for a cooler. I love the van, but it needs someone who can fix it up mechanically. I paid 4,000 recently. I put 400.00 into it, and am asking 3,800 or very best offer.
