Hi I am new here, I sell VW's in Maryland / DC

I have a true love for all things Volkswagen and thats why I started selling them about a week ago. We sell new and used and occasionally we do get "vintage" VW's.

Could anyone give me any pointers on what makes VW customers tick and their likes and dislikes? I want to be really good at my job and at the same time have customers able to entrust in me with the info/service I provide.
