crankcase vent hose

crankcase vent hose

I am having my 1979 Super Beetle (fuel injected) cab's engine rebuilt and need the crankcase vent hose that connects the suction hood to the oil fill neck. The old hose is 25-28mm and has a 90 degree bend on the oil fill side and a 45 degree bend on the suction hood side. Any help in finding this part will be greatly appreciated.
