23 window conversion

can you cut a roof from a parts 23 window splitty and add it to a hardtop splitty? whats required?
will work for rear and midengine cars!

Yep. I've seen photos of vans that have had this done. A lot of patients and measuring is what's required. Do you have a parts 23 window? Are you sure it's unrestorable? Because like every other VW guy, I'm looking for one to restore.

i wish i had one. i would possibly part with my 911 for one.. I was thinking... I cant afford a 23 window, so what if i just make one.. but then again, i havent even seen a split window bus around here except for one driving though town.. are they nearly all gone? i have been looking for the last few years, local ads, internet ads, word of mouth.. no bites, or tips.
