I got a new porsche today! a landshark!

Postby midengine » Mon Nov 20, 2006 3:03 am

I finally have the car that started my porsche addiction.
i used to watch the movie, "risky business" just to see the 928 in it.

well today was the day, my iris blue metalic 1986.5 928s was delivered today.

after driving it. i can honestly say, The car lived up to my fantasy. i was worried that maybe it was just a hyped up vision of mine. but it really was a dream come true. this car is amazing!

it beats my benz in comfort, it beats my 944 in handling, and it almost keeps up with my old built 20psi turbo eclipse. and it looks better then any of them doing it!

well here are a couple pictures. ill post more as soon as i make time.

New Porsche

MAN! Great looking car. And what's this about a new 911 tooOOoOO? I've got to change professions and switch to yours :-)

Can't wait to hear the story about the red 911. What year is it? I love it. And what does the interior of this 928 look like? There was a matching pair of 928s that lived in my neighborhood growing up (in the early 80s) and BOY, they were the talk of me and my friends...

That car is gorgeous. I wold love to get a really old Porsche, but I haven't seen many in my price range at any classic car auctions.
