I'm looking for the front hood hing assemblies for Lft & Rt for a 79 super beetle convertible. Can you help?

I need the crankcase vent hose which goes from the suction hood to the oil fill neck on my '79 Super Beetle (fuel injected) engine. The hose is 25-28mm in size and has a 90 degree bend on the oil fill side and a 45 degree bend on the suction side. Thanks for any help you can give me in finding this part.
