68 motor won't start

hey all, I've been struggling with my 68 motor for the past two weeks. I tried to start it two weeks ago and all it would do is turn over but nothing else. So I tried starter fluid and still nothing. I then tried giving it a rolling start and still nothing, not even a cough. I decided it was probably a electrical problem. I replaced the coil, plugs and wires, and the distributor. I can get spark from the plugs but still nothing. I'm at my wit's end . any help is greatly appreciated.
